Crashes my game when I apply my ped skin mods in modloader... Like what?

Really nice model. One of the very few modern trains actually out there. Would be perfect if enterable with HQ interior and texture.

I'm missing the head of the character when using it. Why?
I mean the head is there but it's without a texture
