I shoot the gun at an npc but no shark but I know it's installed correctly as its listed in the mod menu. how do I get the shark to pop up?

How do I install oiv files with it for example I was trying to install the spiderman and shark-o-matic gun mods and both of them have .oiv files. says incompatible so is it impossible?

what does it replace?

not at all I think I just replied to someone who thought it was too big. I think it's a good size though I can't figure out how to install it openiv is saying the disc image file is corrupted or something only mods I have so far are a trainer and a first person mod. I had lcpdfr but it made my game crash too much and my pc is just a laptop so not good enough for it.
