I've just made a little mod that replace default menu of SA. It's like a bonus files to HD Universe GTA Vehicles pack. Also it has new interface and menu sounds from GTA IV and GTA V.
It has 2 versions:
1. Classic - pictures in a upper right corner like classic game has.
2. Fullscreen - I think everything is clear here)
So if you wanna see something new when you start the game - you can download it)

- New replacement for interface and menu sounds from GTA IV&V were included to archive.
Thanks to Astitva Vimal, I used some ideas for sounds from his mod.

Well this is a really nice mod without any doubt, but I have a little suggestion which will make it looks even more better.
Well you should try editing the pictures using some Photo editor, by adding vignette effects, extra filters and some other colour correction and changes so they will actually looks like GTA artworks!
Overall, it still looks pretty nice! So 10/10 for the amazing work!
