(Udated: i made a few barely noticeable tweaks)
A percetcly seamless water texture. Not too dark, murky and ugly, but not too bright, clear and tropical either. On distance, you won't be able to see the pattern that almost every water texture shows, but if you look closer, it'll show a great amount of detail. That's the best balance you can reach on GTA SA's poor water graphic system (even VC beat this one, jeez).
