this mod will give you michael's bullet time ability
so that you gain advantage over your enemy for the
time during which the ability is used.
Also there is a bar(meter) display which acts as a
timer for the mod to work. Once the meter is empty,
it will refill. But, you can use the ability also
during the the time when the meter is refilling.
Hold the 'Z' key for 1 sec while you are on-foot in game.
Hold Z again to disable.
Additionally, thanks to Akash Babu, coz he is a good
supporter of my mods.
FIXES(01/04/2015):-
1.Now the timer and michael's ability audio are in
perfect collaboration with each other.
2.Now the timer, once empty, will refill slowly to add more
gta v style feel!

How to increase Michael's Bullet Time Ability shot accuracy.
Make an new "Weapons.dat" for this mod and increase their shot accuracy to maximum.

No....not yet, but it is W.I.P
I have done some tests, and a stand-alone version is ready but there are few bugs and also I want to make it compatible with my other sp. ability mods, so.....it will take some time.
