You ever go to climb over something like the counter in Burgershot or the Diner, and the character just jumps on the spot instead? This mod removes a no-climb flag from many surfaces intending to expand interactivity and responsiveness in interiors and to provide more positions for cover during police standoffs.
This also allows you to enter a few new interiors as well, as well as parts of some that were previously inaccessible:
*Burgershot Kitchen
*Lyle Rivas Apartment
*Oleg Minkov's Apartment
*Brucie's Autos
The accessibility of Brucie's Autos also doubles as a workaround to the garage door mission bug, as Niko will walk straight through the now opened small door and not get trapped.
You can also climb telephone poles and fire-escapes, but it's just a bonus/experimental feature. They don't serve a lot of purpose because
the way their models are built prevents you from getting to the top.
There is now a back door and breakable/climbable window in the Concrete Jungle building, so you can go around and flank the enemies in that mission.
*If you only want the Brucie garage door tweak, just install the contents of minigame.img
Not everything in this mod is pictured, such as the now climbable gunshop tables, clothes shop racks et cetera.
For all versions of GTA IV
INSTALL: Put files into the equivalent directories with Open IV
INSTALL (Fusion Overloader): Drag and drop update folder into main IV directory.

is there any mods that open comrade's bar, i keep finding everything other than that.
i'm sure it should be easy like some file saying open all the time instead of just the one mission.
i just can't find it in the files, i tried looking through broker's maps but can't find the bar.

@Ahab Cooper I see. Either version of brownstones.ide can be used in this case as their changes do the same thing.

@Chubbyrain Glad you like it. Those are some good ideas. I did try some model edits like that to the poles, taking out an electrical box and wooden beam from one angle so Niko could get past, but a lot of the time there were collision detection issues and he'd keep climbing well above the top of the pole into the air. But I definitely want to and plan to further develop this feature in an update someday

I add that the fire escapes work remarkably well in the model of the little Italy area, it would also be interesting to be able to add an elegant side staircase to the model of the water towers
I've been waiting for a mod like this for a long time, Thanks man.
A idea to improve the possibilities of Parkour: the telephone poles could have an invisible surface to climb on top, that does not break the aesthetics of the model... also the stairs at the fire exits could be functional if they were a little bit longer, just enough to jump the fence and get into the "box"
