Fixed License Plate Pack [V1.1]

This simple mod adds license plates to the vanilla cars that didn't have them originally, without any additional bugs or changes.

The cars included in this pack are:

Comet
Dukes
E-109 Contender
Infernus
Super GT
Turismo
Vigero2

Simply replace the files in the vehicles.img with the files in this pack with OpenIv or SparkIV and that's it!
