How to Use ths

I love this Patch !

Thank you for your effort, but it didn't work for me. Also, modifying gta.exe and files.txt is completely unnecessary.

Just open loadingscreens_pc.dat and set Objects and Duration to "0" for Legal screen, Legal Screen 2, R* Games, R* North, GTA LOGO Screen and Blank Screen. There are 2 sets, for 16:9 and 4:3, edit just the one you need and you can use the other to restore values.
If legal text still appears for half a second, you can delete the two Legal screens, but remember to backup your files!

Note: tested with 1.0.4.0 and xliveless 0.97b
