When i started this mod i also wanted to change the layout of the website, but i was unable to find a tool wich let's me edit the layout, And SparkIV only let's me edit the images. So i was limited to only do that.

Just put the pc folder in your main directory of GTAIV
I.E. C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV
