100% with Clubhouse unlocked - TLaD

i made this :) THIS WAS TESTED ON LATEST VERSION 100% with clubhouse unlocked this save brings back the Clubhouse, everything works: you can sleep, arm wrestling, TV, Computer, hi-low mini-game, all weapons, all vehicles around clubhouse, all brothers and sisters are also back hanging around clubhouse.

things i couldn't bring back:
1.i couldn't bring back the safehouse Icon on map but shouldn't be a problem if you memorize the location.
2. Jim is part of the TLaD story, i couldn't make a 100% with jim alive its impossible
