Installation:

1: Install this mod:

2: Extract the "speedo5_sign_15.dds" file

3: Add it to "E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\nspeedo\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\vehicles.rpf\nspeedo.ytd" using OpenIV. You will need to enable Edit Mode.
