1st, startup OpenIV (if you don't have it I suggest you get it) and go to this location:
GTA V - Mods - x64v.rpf - models - cdimages - streampedsplayers.rpf - playerone

2nd, drag and drop "accs007u.ydd" and "accsdiff007auni.ytd" into the "playerone" folder

And BANG! you're sweet.
