Newcastle United 1998 Football Shirt for Franklin

Installation:
1. Open OpenIV
2. Go to GTAV/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one
4. Extract files from this zip to a folder.
5. Enable edit mode.
6. Replace the file with the one included in the zip.
7. Close OpenIV and run GTAV.

I have included the original file so no need to backup.
