Major reflection update and SA lights improvement

the best Shelby GT350R now also compatible on mobile.

= converted the IVF lights to SA lights
= unique texture names
= removed custom damage
= removed tire reflection
= seperated the dff's parts to prevent exceeding 20k polys, no more black cleo
