This mod represents how GTA SA Washington could have looked like in the style that of Vice City and beta San Andreas
(as shown in early GTA SA screenshots), it uses accuratelly GTA VC style of textures and artistic ideas, it was made
originally for GTA SA, but it also fits well in GTA 3 and VC too.
(For GTA SA, the cutscene Washington is also replaced too, now using the actual
in game car as a base).
