Here I am with another mod just ended and always in BETA version.
The Stratum has new features such as:

-New handling
-New livery
-New lights
-Version BETA but working
Compatible with SA: MP
-mod Light that does not increase the size of the file (the mod and stable as the original version, and does not create dips in FPS)

CAUTION: To see the livery colors must be set to 1.1. Otherwise it does not appear.

Inn case you find BUG please report them as soon as possible so as to make the best model.
