Converted to SAMP by jeremii


Update v1.1:
- Merged COL files together, this may make fastman92 limit adjuster unnecessary.

Update v1.2:
- Added an optional flying island layout, removed an unknown object.


Due to SAMP limitations, i had to move the map so it would fit within the border.


Requirements:
- Modloader
- CLEO

Optional:
- Project2DFX (higher draw distance)
- SkyGFX (fixes transparency issues, enable dualPass in skygfx ini)

IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO INSTALL THIS MOD ON A CLEAN GTA INSTALLATION THAT DOESN'T HAVE ANY OTHER MOD TO PREVENT CONFLICTS


Tested and was working on:
- SAMP 0.3.7 R1
- SAMP 0.3.7 R4 without any other mods

Installation:

1. Open the mod archive and drag "Cadence Island SAMP" into your "modloader" folder. If done right, there should be a "Cadence Island SAMP" folder inside your "modloader" folder.
NOTE: Please don't change the folder name.

2. If you want the island to float in the sky, open the "_OPTIONAL" folder, and drag its contents into the "Cadence Island SAMP" folder located inside your "modloader" folder.
NOTE: MAKE SURE IT'S THE ONE LOCATED INSIDE YOUR "modloader" FOLDER

3. Launch your game, if your game crashes, try launching it atleast 5 more times. I don't know why but it is what it is.

4. Enjoy, if your game still crashes, the mod is definitely conflicting with something else and i advise you to try it on a clean GTA installation.


Teleportations, type any of these like a cheat code. NOT IN CHAT:

PROJECT2DFX setting to increase draw distance:
1. Open "SALodLights.ini" with any text editor, i recommend Notepad++.

2. Find "AllNormalObjectsDrawDistance = 0.0", mess around with the value. 600.0 is good enough.

3. Enjoy.
