AKINA is a famous hill in Japan because a cartoon --
INITIAL D. Somebody make drift battle on the hill.
I make this mod because I like this cartoon and GTA.
I hope every one can feel downhill drift like INITIAL D.

This mod is Beta3. It's near LA beach and can be seen far away. I wonder to share to each other and accept the views or recommendations .
