So.. let's say you're having a great shootout with the swat or the fbi, and suddenly the game forces you to have 6 stars, and then you have to deal with those damn weekend soldiers with their big ass trucks and tanks, that only want to run you over, well NO MORE!, now you can select the maximum number of stars you want through the ini, the mod already comes with 6 stars, but of course you will change that as you like, no more 6 stars ;) , perfect for those who hate the weekend soldiers.
