I am never bothered to install wheel packs with separate txd´s and data so i just modified the dff´s!

These are the original wheels with added reflection.

Also, i have modified the vertices to make the tyres look more round, and now they ocupy
less memory than the original wheels do. (Could be the cuadrifying i had to do)

The reflections respond to the "vehicleenvmap128" in your vehicle.txd.
