This is Horus Shield from Assassins Creed Origins.This mod is available in Horus Pack too but I thought to upload it separately.

Installation:

Put the folder in the rar file in modloader

Model Replacement:

Brassknuckle: Horus Shield
Parachute : Horus Shield (On Back)
