Here's a Useful MVL Plane which is fantastic on Fly it's Nevada From GTA San Andreas Try it for sure

How to install? / How it works?
- Download MVL first from the given link Open it & Open GTA Vice City folder
- Put all files into the directory it's done!
- Now Download Nevada Plane from the given link & Open it
- Open GTA Vice City/mvl/vehicles Folder and put the file into that folder Installation done!
- Open Game Press Alt + ENTER to Enable Windowed mode to spawn vehicle you can see the options right at the corner in game Spawn wherever you want :)
