2003 Ford Crown Victoria Police for Mobile

2003 Ford Crown Victoria Police from Krain Ce wja, ported by me for GTA Vice City on Android and IOS. Replaces Police Car. Fixed a bug with the car license plate texture.

Installation:
• Unzip the ZIP archive;
• Add with replacement to veh_high.img using the GTA IMG Tool application;
• Add textures to gta3hi.txt using the TXD Tool application;
• In default.ide from the setting.txt file, change the wheel settings.
