Classic Steve Skin and Cutscene for Mobile

Classic Steve Skin and Cutscene from DevNoBat, ported by me for GTA Vice City on Android and IOS. This mod will add Steve from Minecraft.

Installation:
• Unzip the zip archive;
• Using the GTA Img Tool application, add a replacement model to ped_high.img and cut_high.img;
• Import textures into gta3hi.txt using the TXD Tool application.
