HD Claude From GTA 3 from Onepiece, Vakooja and Nobeus, ported by me for GTA Vice City on Android and IOS.

Installation:
• Unzip the zip archive;
• Using the GTA Img Tool application, add a replacement model to ped_high.img and cut_high.img;
• Import textures into gta3hi.txt using the TXD Tool application.
