This mod will change the sign to blue like GTA 3 and the way to install the mod all you have to do is unzip the file then go to the txd tool application then go to android / data / com.rockstargames.gtavc / file / texdb then go to gamemisc.txt then click on the pink sign go to uncompressed with alpha then go to download and go to the folder that you unzipped then click on the check mark then click on overwrite then click on ok that was all see you soon guys
