I'm very happy to share this ENB mod!

I tried to apply the actual weather through many observations.
And I think it went pretty well.

Also, I spent 100+ hours editing timyclc just for completeness.
Thanks to this, I have a very satisfying visual in every weather, every hour.

this ENB is for 1.0.7.0. i never tested EFLC or 1.0.8.0

Does not work with version latest 1.1.2.0

please read 'readME' in the folder for installation
