This project aims to upscale and improve all textures of original story and other pedestrian models. At this point in time I have addressed 88 main characters of the GTA IV, went to touch up every corner of the original textures where it was necessary. It's still not perfect by all means but I will try to improve it more in the future.

-- Replaced Luis, Gay Tony and Johnny Klebitz models and their props from TBoGT. Obviously upscaled them too..

-- Replaced teeth texture for pretty much everyone with higher resolution from TBoGT.

-- Improved Anthony's pants

-- Improved Brucie's formal pants and his jacket. Result - less color artifacts & grain in the textures.

-- Fixed Brucie's in-game hands texture and wedding formal shoes. Now they appear how they should.

-- Improved Charlie's pants and replaced his watch with more detailed one.

-- Touch-up Charise's jeans a bit.

-- Replaced Dardan's jacket in second encouter with higher resolution texture from the first appearence in a cutscene.

-- Made a change with Derrick's bank heist suit. It's now in graycale which helps to eliminate color artifacts (banding),
but because of that it also made his handwatch color to silver instead of gold. Don't know how I feel about this change yet, might reverse this later.
Also improved his jumper underneath. Now it looks more natural and with less upscale ingested grain.

-- Redone Dimitri's outfit. Now with less ugly grain and color banding. Also added more detailed tie & new higher quality shoes.

-- Fixed Dimitri's in-game hair and tie to appear as in cutscenes.

-- Improved Dwayne's shoes texture slightly.

-- Made some touch-up to Bulgarin's clothes.

-- Redone CIA guy's jacket. More consistently detailed and improved coloring.

-- Fixed Ed The mate's lower lip.

-- Changed Francis suit tie to more detailed one. Also corrected some coloring of his clothes and hair.

-- Replaced French Tom's jeans with higher resolution from GTA V.

-- Replaced Gracie's piece of cloth thingy in her mouth when she's kidnapped with some better texture. It doesn't make a huge difference but it is still an improvement anyway..

-- Redone Gracie's nails. More natural and fitting than the original.

-- Less color banding on Issac's clothes.

-- Fixed a wrongly placed Issac's hair texture (sideburns or whatever). Fixing my own shit apparently..

-- Redone Jeff's clothes. Now with less grain and more consistently detailed.
Additionally replaced shoes texture for higher quality one & added t-shirtlike wrinkles to his torso.

-- Made some touch-up to Jimmy Pegorino's model. Bits here and there.

-- Fixed Kate's wrongly put pants texture in Roman's wedding cutscene.
I haven't encountered it but if it was an issue where texture for pants wasn't loaded properly because of this, now it should be fine.

-- Made Kate's hands texture in higher resolution.

-- Reduced color banding on Killer's suit.

-- Replaced Jacob's shoes. In almost every way indentical to the original, just looks more "clean" and in higher resolution.
Also redone his brown jacket. Now with less grain and weird shiny-like artifacts from previous upscaling.

-- Redone Mallorie's coat. Removed most of the ugly artifacts from the previous upscaling and have made it to look more pleasant.
Aditionally improved her t-shirt underneath, but because of wrongly put assets originally by Cockstar it is impossible for me at this time
to fix it in a way that her chest would show properly. Really sad about that..

-- Remade Mallorie's hand texture. It's in higher resolution and with repainted fingernails.

-- Made a change that Mallorie has two pair of fingernails for different occasions. Regular ones which can be seen till Mr. & Mrs. Bellic wedding mission,
and more "formal" at the wedding itself.

-- Replaced Mallorie's pants texture with higher resolution from GTA V and her shoes too.

-- Fixed where game would load wrong face texture for Mallorie in her wedding.

-- Redone Packie's mums clothes. Now with more consistant detail and a bit better coloring.

-- Replaced Manny's shorts and socks with higher resolution texture from GTA V.

-- Replaced Michael's hands texture.

-- Improved Michael's jumper underneath the suit. Looks more natural and with less upscaled grain.

-- Made Michael's bank heist pants appear in cutscenes in higher resolution.

-- Redone Mickey's shirt. Less upscaling noise and grain.

-- Made Packie's suit in greyscale. Helps to remove color banding. Also improved shoes and made his pants to be higher resolution in cutscenes.

-- Made some touch-ups to Playboy X's girlfriend jacket and pants.

-- Redone Phil's jacket. It is now more consistently detailed and without overly sharp spots that was present in a original upscale.

-- Improved Playboy X's shoes a bit.

-- Removed color banding and upscale ingested grain from priest's clothes.

-- Made some tiny color corrections for Ray's clothes & improved in-game jacket in a few spots.

-- Fixed Roman's hair model that didn't appear in-game.

-- Redone pretty much all Roman's clothes. They are now more consistently detailed with some smaller or bigger improvements & with less grain overall.
Additionally made some of the textures in a cutscenes to appear in higher resolution.

-- Added bullet hole to the Roman's sport jacket after he gets shot by Faustin. Just a small detail.

-- Better aligned texture of Sergei's jacket.

-- Fixed Tommy's shoes, they now appear in a cutscene. Also tweaked a bit of his pants.

-- Redone Vlad's jumper texture underneath his suit. It is more natural looking and with less upscale ingested grain. Tweaked his pants aswell.

-- Redone high visibility vest for Luca and his buddies.

-- Replaced Luca's jeans with texture from GTA V. Also Re-upscaled his jacket. It has improved tiny bit.

-- Replaced Mernie's ulgy-ass nails with better ones.

-- Given a Petrovic higher quality pants with shoes from Kenny, because essentially they are using the same texture just for some reason Kenny got higher resolution one. So now they are both equal.

-- Replaced Sarah's ugly-ass nails with better ones aswell.

-- Redone Niko hats. It now features higher resolution and improved detail.

-- Cleaned up a bit a roberry bag that Niko, Packie & Derric use in a bank heist mission.

-- Redone some of the Niko's clothes. Small improvements here and there.

-- Also upscaled some of the peds
