Visual overhaul for Grand Theft Auto IV, redone all weathers, outdoors, indoors and cutscenes.
• Redone all hours of all weathers
• Redone all underground areas (base game not DLC)
• Redone all indoor areas (base game not DLC)
• Redone all cutscenes (base game not DLC)
• High quality coronas (lens flare vastly used in the game)
• High quality fx_rain (rain textures)
• High quality lights_occluders (static shadow for cars and bikes)
• High quality moon

Optional:
• Disable black and white effect from death screen, busted screen and train camera.
