Copy the neonscript.vb file in scripts folder.

Use:
Push @ button to open the console, then write neon red and push Enter to activate the red neon. The colors available are:
# White
# Blue
# Red
# Green
# Yellow
# Turquoise
# Pink
# Purple
# Orange
