Replace Handling.meta file in update\x64\dlcpacks\mpheist\dlc.rpf\common\data

. This car replace slamvan2 cause there is 2 sandking on game, and both use same handling so cant be possible a porpertly replacement.

Addon .

Drop vapidlow folder in Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
Extract dlclist.xml from . Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
use notepad open it,add new line

dlcpacks:\vapidlow\

Save it replace it .
Spawn it by name vapidlow .
