FiveM Installation:
1) Open the "FiveM" directory in the download.
2) Extract the "Turkish Flag " folder.
3) Place the "Turkish Flag " folder into your resources directory
4) Add "start Turkish Flag " in the server.cfg

SinglePlayer Installation:
1) Open the "SinglePlayer" directory in the download.
2) Extract the "Turkish Flag" folder
3) Place the "Turkish Flag" folder in "mods/update/x64/rpf\levels\gta5\props\building\v_rooftop.rpf\"
