This is a mod that allows you to stop pursuits early as it uses the latest rage plugin hook and here are the keybindings:

I - Deploy 4 way spike strips only
T - Deploy 2 Way spike strips only
Delete - Delete all spikes and clear the area to remove anymore spikes laying around.
