I've only retextured it so it gives the illusion of real nudity

Install :

1 - Go to update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday4ng>dlc.rpf>x64>models>ped_mp_overlay_txds.rpf>
replace "mp_fm_skin_f_lo_whi.ytd".

2 - Go to x64v.rpf>models>cdimages>streamedpeds_mp.rpf>mp_f_freemode_01
replace "lowr_015_r.ydd" and "lowr_diff_015_a_whi.ytd".

That's all, with a freeroam female wear the bikini, and you're done
