1. Use OpenIV and open up x64v.rpf
2. Go to: \models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one\
3. Drag and drop files from the pack onto this location
4. Enjoy!

NOTE: DO NOT Forget to backup your original files just in case.
