Replaces Blista Compact by default

-1 version of the car (The archive also contains two alternative versions with different rims)

-Partial tuning support
-The car was made in the style of the game and does not ruin the original atmosphere

P.S. There is a bug with hatch rendering. I can't fix it, but it doesn't affect the game much neither.
