24h Timecyc based in an old but nice timecyc called Real California Weather by Dexshon120.
This Timecyc gives more realism to the game without losing the soul, a lot of variations with a beautiful and bright days.

Improvements:

This new timecyc have fixed nights because most of them where extremely dark on all weathers. Better sky color, sunset, sunrises.
Fixes on Desert, LA, SF, LV and added a realistic underwater colors.

Beter and realistic sunrises and sunsets.

Installation:

Copy and past data folder to your gta sa root folder, put replace your GraphicsTweaker and SkyGfx settings and enjoy.
Check the brightness settings image to calibrate your game.
Use the recomended particleTXD for better experience (optional).
