**Thanks The_GTA on GTAForums for letting me edit and reupload his mod**

A huge update of SkyGFX have been out for awhile , and I'm here to edit the source code and settings again . As always , the main goal of my edit is to improve game's lighting and reflections without loss of FPS. This time , the mod is properly done (my previous are quite giambaras) .
