Lure Rancher Spawn Location

The special Rancher (which has black windows) is only drivable in the mission Lure. This simple Cleo script adds a spawn location for this Rancher outside Wuzi's place in San Fierro. Now you can get it with ease.

Installation: Put the cleo folder present in this archeive in your SA root directory OR copy the cleo folder in ModLoader (If you have ModLoader installed).
