First you have to install( gta img tool) in Google play store
Installation
Extract ghost Rider csi go to andoid/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa (and paste)
And extract the ELQS.dff and add in gta3.img by using the GTA I'm tool
Extract the freeway and replace the freeway.dff by using the GTA I'm tool

While playing
Pres 1 to 9 to activate
Pres 1 to explode
Pres 2 to dis activate the explotion
