Hello everyone!
This modification removes the feature of some highways in the game — reducing the maximum speed of transport. It's all the fault of the 16384 "ExtraAirResistance" flag in cull.ipl — this modification removes it.

Installation: transfer the cull.ipl file along the data/maps path.
