Simple. Fast. Practical.
A race creator is something i've looking for years ago, and it's strange there's not a lot of them. So I asked myself, why not make it by myself?

Race creator++ is indeed an in-game race creator that makes use of .ini files to save races settings and modify them whenever you want (in-game or not). You can do almost all the work in-game, and by just tipping a cheat you can select between 3 options: create, edit and play.

Creating a race allows you to:
-Create unlimited races.
-Add unlimited checkpoints, changing it's radius and how te opponents will reach it.
-Remove and edit checkpoints.
-Add up to 20 opponents and remove their positions whenever you want.
-Change race type, track type and monetary reward(last one only through the .ini file).
NEW! - Place unlimited objects around all the map, in an easy way and change there properties, and edit/delete each of them whenever you want.

Editing a race allows you to:
-Load any already created race, and then do all you can do creating a race

Before starting the race you can:
-Select any already created race from a list.
-Change amount of laps if the track is a circuit.
-Highly customize opponents: you can select a car category for them (and you if doesn't have one), make them select you car (one-make race) or customize car opponents one by one, allowing added cars and tunes(
you can select cars from tuning mod on this way).
-Adjust some options (like time, weather and gravity) that will take effect during the race.

You can create unlimited races, and to change the name that is show in-game you should rename the .ini files.
By default the cheat to open the menu is RCEMNU but you can change it and more things in the General settings.ini file.

-Now before starting a race you will find the "Options" section, where you can adjust some
things before starting a race:
•Time (and if it will be fixed during the race or not)
•Weather
•Wanted level (and if it will be fixed
during the race or not)
•Traffic
•Damages
•Visual damages
•Gravity (you can do a race on the
moon or simulate a F1 race)
-Added a new option when you select "Start custom race": the "Special cars for opponents".
If you select this, you will see the grid preview, allowing you to change the opponents cars on a different way.
This option was designed to work with Tuning mod (but can be useful for many other things), so now you can race againts highly tuned cars.
-More races were added to the already made optional race pack.
-Fixed a bug that did not allow you to create more than 9 custom categories. There is no limit now.
-Improved the position display.
-Slightly improved some menus.

v1.4 (14th July, 2023):
-Definitely fixed opponents stopping for no reason.
-Fixed opponents being stuck with other cars when respawning.
-Now you can disable the time counter, the lap counter and the position board through General settings.ini
-Now there's a option to show opponents on map, by default it's disabled but you can enable it in general settings.ini.

v1.3 (8th july, 2023):
-Most important menus were reworked. Now they are more intuitive and show some info!
-Added a position system, now it will be displayed on all races!
-Now you can change the visibility of the checkpoints. This doesn't work as it sound, i recommend you to read the readme.
-Now the two last placed checkpoints will be visible when creating/editing a race.
-The checkpoint 0 ("final checkpoint") blip now is green on circuit races. On sprint races, the last checkpoint will also be green.
-Now you can change through General settings.ini if a red marker will appear above opponents.
-More races were added to the already made optional race pack.
-Improved the opponents driving on planes.
-Fixed custom categories not working as they should.
-Fixed a bug with the respawning system on sea races.
-Fixed a rare bug where the opponents were just stoping and doing nothing

Note that the races created before the update will be automatically updated when starting or editing them for the first time.


v1.2 (22th June, 2023):
-Now the opponents will respawn on the last checkpoint if they are underwater, upside down or stopped for some reason.
-Changed how the opponents drive on "direct" behavior.
-Fixed side skirts not saving for custom opponents.
-Changed the position for some menus.

My plans with this mod are not completed, I want to make better menus and add more features, but I'll spend more time on studies that on modding.

In the next update i want to redo all the create mode, to make it even more practical and easy to create a race, so stay tuned.
