Perfect San Andreas

*Perfect-SA*
This mod makes lots of changes and fixes to make GTA San Andreas as "perfect" as possible:

-Beta leftover fixes
-You now have the ability to wash your vehicle and there's an icon for it's places around the map
-You can ride the Tram in San fierro
-Train horn sound added
-Fixed Smoke's car color
-beta Nrg-500 model is restored, cause it looked way better
-Changed the Rhino tank model
-Changed the Barracks model
-Cj's girlfriends have new models [Denise,Millie,Michelle,Barbara]
-Cutscene characters are now found in gameplay so now you wont suffer from problem of characters changing looks between the cutscene and in gameplay
-Custcene peds now appear in gameplay [Bogman,Bettina,Heck1,Heck2,Sofyri]
-HMYDRUG now appears and the BIKDRUG now appears at san fierro
-new indian man ped AKA. Omost
-Fixed Male01 being overly used in everywhere
-Artwork characters are now found in gameplay and cutscenes[Cesar,Ran Fa Li,Wu Zi Mu,Salvatorie]
-Introduction Rosenberg skin added as he looked better than the original
-Mission characters have special models [Slut,Freddy,Alan,Grass,Kane,Smokev]
-Some missions have some fixes and changes, fixed Sweet not moving the driver seat at tagging up turf, lots of fixes in the green sabre mission +restored dialouges
-Rusty Brown's Ring donut is now enterable from the beggining and have a special radar donut icon for all the donut places in the 3 cities
-Restored 2 unused GSF members which can only be seen in cutscene [Fam4,Fam5]
-Seville Boulevard Families added, they spawn with tec9 and colt45, you can take over their territory, they have thier own color and models
-Temple Drive Families added, they spawn with tec9 and colt45, you can take over their territory, they have thier own color and models
-Added the Italian Mafia territory, 2 more skins for them which can be seen in cutscenes
-Added 2 Triad skins which can be seen in cutscenes
-Added Rifa territory, fixed their colors to be dark blue
-Added Da Nang Boys territory
-Changed csblue2 look, so he dont look like he belongs to Temple Drive Families
-Los Aztecas and Triads are now friendly [No you can NOT take over their territory]
-Black cellphone model added to match the cutscene model
-Fixed some cutscene weapons
-Bullet shell sound are now present in the game
-CJ wears the blue hoody at the beggining
-You can now rob 24/7 shop
-Fixed unused detnator animation
-Fixed parachute landing animation
-Fixed cj's body stats not changing in interiors
-Food now appears at cj's hands after buying it
-You can now change your clothes way faster
-CJ now have angry facial expressions at 2+ wanted level
-Poor peds now have different behaviours they now can be found sitting,drinking and looking inside the trash bags
-Peds now drive realistically
-Health pickups can now be found at the hospitals
-Added basket ball court fence
