add many stuff near groove street
such as
-Turismo
-Swat Van
-Minigun
-Hunter
Some time the vehicle wont appear...
So the solution is..just go for a liltle walk,a bit far from the place
(usually the vehicle wont appear if u save ur game at cj house)
