Advanced Wanted Level

At the beginning the cops doesn't take much importance at crimes
caused from the player. It's from level 0 to 2.

If at wanted level 3 is reached,
the cops will be extremely furious, even low crimes caused by the player.
The wanted level can rise at a certain time.
