Thanks to the 3000 downloads in my older version "perfect weather pack", I decide to work harder and make a new one without the bugs and add some new stuff.

*New Water color
*New Ocean
*Fix some bad colors in timecyc

plus the old known stuff:
*2x more Direct light to peds and cars
*no need for normalmap.asi

And for those who love GTA IV, in a month or two, I'll be releasing "perfect weather pack" for Liberty City.
