sorry for not releasing the final version of my SPIDERMAN MOD (TASM2) but dont worry it will be released SOON

this is my new modification for GTA SAN ANDREAS PC, called "V OFFROAD EFFECT" (V effects added)

note: this only works on mid/high pc's! but if it worked on your low pc then youre lucky. :D

How to install???
1. copy the particle.txd and paste it on your GTA SAN ANDREAS/MODELS folder
