Looks good, however I'd suggest replacing the Motorola branding with Celltowa. Just a suggestion

For some odd reason SKIN.IMG did not work, and I tried putting the SKIN.IMG directory in any directories, whether it's outside of the mod folder, inside the CLEO folder out of the Modloader folder, it STILL won't work, as it said, ERROR: dir SKIN.IMG not found.

I tried putting typing the same filename in all caps but that too also did not work as well.

Even worse there are no instructions on the readme file stated that there there should be a solution in case there was a problem with the SKIN.IMG file.
