it drops FPS 50 to 30 for me with low end settings.

PERFECT, if you want to drive a wet soap on a ice rink. WORST THING I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE. All of cars slipping like soap on ice. Original is %999999999999999999999 more realistic than this mode. If you dont want to drive wet soap on ice, you must stay away from that. dash
