Oh yes, Vice City needs more love with authentic mods. Many of your mods would fit into the atmosphere of VC.

Hm, somehow I have the same "problem" like blackdust, the game doesn't looks like on the screenshots or videos. Looks better, but still a bit pale, or not as colorfull as yours on the pics / vids.

Really nice, gives nice colors for the game. The original one is very pale or colorless.
